Nature of work
- Register and resolve customer IT requests in the ServiceDesk system
- Consult users on computer, software and network issues
- Perform workstation equipment maintenance: diagnostics, installation, configuration
- Monitor application and OS updates using automated RMM tools
- Collaborate with colleagues in resolving more complex incidents
Employee requirements
- Good knowledge of computers and Microsoft Windows
- Experience in resolving IT workplace incidents
- Clear communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English
- Responsibility, initiative and desire to improve in the IT field
- Driver's license
An additional advantage will be considered:
- Experience with ServiceDesk or RMM (e.g. Intune, RMM, SCCM, M365 Admin)
- Basics of Microsoft 365 administration
- Knowledge of MacOS workplaces
- IT certificates (Microsoft, etc.)
- Experience in an IT services company
