We are looking for an IT Engineer who would be responsible not only for the technical management of computerized workplaces (CW), but also for the coordination and organization of the CW team. The position combines technical expertise (Microsoft Intune / Modern Workplace) and team coordination responsibilities.

Main responsibilities:
- CW administration and development (Windows 10/11, mobile devices);
- Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Manager installation, configuration and maintenance;
- software installation, update and management via Intune;
- creation of configuration and security policies (Configuration, Compliance, Endpoint Security);
- integration with Entra ID (Azure AD) and Defender for Endpoint;
- resolution of complex level 2-3 incidents;
- Development of QA processes, standards and documentation;
- contribute to the coordination of QA team specialists' activities and work planning;
- collaboration with IT security, infrastructure and service management teams;
- participation in strategic projects of the modern workplace.
What we expect from you:
- higher education (bachelor's degree);
- experience working with Microsoft Intune / Endpoint Management;
- good knowledge of Windows 10 / Windows 11 administration;
- understanding of the QA lifecycle and processes;
- experience with: Entra ID (Azure AD), Autopilot, Compliance and Configuration Profiles;
- experience in coordinating team members is a great advantage;
- ability to plan work, make decisions and take responsibility;
- good communication skills when working with both users and IT teams;
- excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
