Your responsibilities
- User consulting;
- Registration of requests, administration and resolution of incidents within the scope of their competence;
- Identification and elimination of software failures;
- Collaboration with OT specialists in solving IT problems of integration and automated production systems;
- Maintenance of IT/OT computer networks and ensuring cyber security;
- Accounting for IT equipment and licenses;
- Installation of computer programs and preparation and maintenance of computerized workplaces;
- Maintenance of computer networks;
- Training users in using new programs and/or systems.
- Technical maintenance and coordination of IT projects.
- Development of IT solutions in communication with business;
- Performance of other IT technical tasks.
What do we expect from you
- Higher education;
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft products;
- Azure AD knowledge;
- Experience in IT management in manufacturing companies;
- Understanding of server virtualization (VMware / Hyper-V);
- Basic knowledge of the ERP system Microsoft Dynamics AX;
- Ability to effectively use artificial intelligence;
- Driver's license (category B).
