Main responsibilities:
- Maintenance and development of the SharePoint Online platform architecture;
- Planning and implementing SharePoint On-Premise → SharePoint Online migrations;
- Managing integrations of Microsoft 365 services (SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive);
- Implementation of access, security, Compliance, Retention and Data Governance solutions;
- Creating automations using Power Automate, Power Apps (model-driven / canvas);
- Scripting and automation using PowerShell (PnP, Graph API);
- incidents, complex problem analysis (3rd level support);
- development of technical standards, best practices and documentation;
- recommendation of technical solutions;
- consulting and sharing knowledge with younger colleagues;
- participation in M365 strategic and digitalization projects.
What we expect from you:
- higher education (bachelor's degree);
- at least 5 years of experience in administering and developing SharePoint solutions;
- strong experience in SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365 platforms;
- very good knowledge of:
- information architecture and content management;
- security, access control, Conditional Access, DLP, Sensitivity Labels;
- Tenant-level configuration;
- experience with PowerShell (PnP, Microsoft Graph);
- experience with Power Platform is a big advantage;
- understanding of ITIL / incident and change management processes;
- ability to work independently, make architectural decisions;
- excellent analytical and communication skills;
- excellent Lithuanian and good English skills.
