Nature of work
- Administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, workstations, servers, Microsoft 365 environment and network equipment;
- Resolving technical incidents and requests remotely or by visiting clients;
- Installing, configuring, updating, diagnosing and troubleshooting computer and other IT equipment;
- Communicating with clients, advising them on technical issues;
- Participation in IT infrastructure installation, migration, modernization and other technological projects;
- Other IT engineer duties related to the maintenance, security and smooth operation of clients' IT infrastructure.
Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, technical support or workplace administration;
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 administration, ability to independently diagnose and effectively resolve user and system problems;
- Practical work experience with Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environment, administering users, services and troubleshooting software performance problems;
- Knowledge of computer hardware, ability to perform equipment diagnostics and identify faults (SSD, RAM, motherboards and other components);
- Understanding of the principles of computer networks and knowledge of network infrastructure, routing and network devices;
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various applications running in the Windows environment;
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with technical documentation and effectively search and apply information to solve technical challenges;
- Responsibility, result orientation and desire to constantly improve in the IT field;
- Category B driver's license;
- Good knowledge of English, allowing you to work with technical documentation, manufacturer recommendations and communicate smoothly in a professional environment.
