- IT troubleshooting, consulting and technical support;

Employee requirements
- At least 1 year of work experience in IT infrastructure maintenance, technical support or workplace administration;
- Good knowledge of Windows 11 operating system administration, ability to diagnose and effectively resolve user and system problems;
- Practical work experience with the Microsoft 365 (Office 365) environment, ability to identify and troubleshoot software problems;
- Knowledge of computer hardware, ability to perform equipment diagnostics and identify faults (SSD, RAM, motherboards and other components);
- Understanding of the principles of computer networks, basic knowledge of network solutions;
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot various applications running in the Windows environment;
- Analytical thinking, ability to work with technical documentation, quickly find and apply the necessary information to solve problems;
- Category B driver's license;
- Good knowledge of English, allowing you to work with technical documentation and communicate in a professional environment.
