Nature of work
Administer employee accounts, access and licenses in the systems used by the company.
Maintain Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams and SharePoint environment.
Provide first-level IT support to employees and coordinate the resolution of more complex incidents with external IT partners.
Administer customer and partner portals and user rights.
Monitor the operation of EDI integrations, register and coordinate troubleshooting.
Organize the ordering, preparation, issuance and accounting of computers, phones and other IT equipment.
Administer mobile communication tools, plans and services.
Prepare user manuals, manage IT asset accounting and propose process improvement solutions.
Participate in the administration of IT preparation and exit processes for new employees.

Employee requirements
At least 2 years of work experience in IT support, systems administration or business application maintenance.
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Windows environments.
Knowledge of user accounts, access and IT asset administration.
Ability to independently solve problems and effectively manage multiple tasks at the same time.
Analytical thinking and ability to communicate with external service providers.
Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English.
Category B driver's license.
Responsibility, diligence and result orientation
Good knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint and Windows environments.
Knowledge of user accounts, access and IT asset administration.
