IT CHANGE COORDINATOR

We are currently looking for a new team member in the IT Systems Development team. In this position, you will be responsible for the quality of IT changes, improving the change implementation processes, and working closely with IT specialists at all levels. We implement more than 2,000 IT system and infrastructure changes per year. Do you think we are on track? Then we are waiting for you in our team!

You will contribute to the creation of a green and safe energy ecosystem:

• Monitoring the quality of IT change implementations;
• Organizing IT Change Steering Committee (CAB) meetings;
• Improving IT change processes and related tools;
• Ensuring that process participants adhere to the process;
• Introducing new employees to IT change processes and work procedures;
• Consulting employees on the implementation of IT changes and implementations.

• Experience in IT change management;
• Knowledge of ITIL and Agile methodologies (practical application would be an advantage);
• Excellent communication, organizational and analytical skills;
• Customer and result-oriented, ability to work with technological solutions.

The fixed salary range for the position group is from EUR 2,290 to EUR 3,430 (before tax). A specific salary is offered based on experience and competence. A variable remuneration component may be paid in addition to the salary.
