What will you do with us?
- you will communicate with IT engineers working in the Company and be the main contact on daily issues;
- you will conduct 1:1 conversations, help the team grow, maintain motivation and a good atmosphere;
- you will go on business trips around Lithuania, strengthen ties with teams working in different cities;
- you will monitor daily processes, identify problems and initiate solutions;
- you will contribute to process optimization and more efficient teamwork;
- you will help ensure smooth communication between teams and departments.
