If you:
- have experience in coordinating team activities, organizing work or leading people;
- are able to effectively plan, prioritize and distribute tasks according to the team's workload and operational needs;
- know how to bring a team together for common goals, motivate employees and maintain a positive work atmosphere;
- have excellent communication and collaboration skills and are able to constructively solve daily challenges;
- are able to monitor processes, identify performance improvement opportunities and initiate changes;
- are organized, responsible and able to coordinate several activities simultaneously;
- have a general understanding of IT service provision or technical maintenance processes;
- have a category B driver's license and are ready to go on business trips in Lithuania 🚗

What will you do with us?
- coordinate the daily activities of IT engineering teams and ensure smooth organization of work;
- plan and distribute tasks, monitor their progress and help eliminate operational obstacles;
- take care of employee engagement, motivation and effective cooperation in teams;
- regularly communicate with team members, conduct individual conversations and help resolve emerging issues;
- visit teams working in different cities of Lithuania and strengthen mutual cooperation;
- analyze operational processes, provide suggestions for their improvement and contribute to the implementation of changes;
- ensure smooth communication between IT teams, managers and other departments of the company
