We are looking for an Information Technology Consultant to join our team. You will be responsible for providing high-quality customer service, consulting by phone and e-mail. You will also collaborate with the company's partners. You will ensure high customer service standards and a positive experience.
Nature of work:
- Quality customer service based on high standards;
- Receiving IT requests by phone, in the system, by e-mail;
- Providing assistance, consulting on IT issues, resolving incidents/requests;
- Collaborating with colleagues, customers and partners;
- Preparing/configuring new IT equipment;
- Working with the company's internal and customer systems.
We hope you:
- Good communication skills;
- Good computer skills;
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (both oral and written);
- Good knowledge of English;
- Ability to quickly absorb a large flow of information;
- Attentiveness, diligence and independence;
- Ability to work in an active and dynamic environment, to react promptly and solve problem situations.
Advantages:
- Basic knowledge of IT, IT equipment and its components;
- Knowledge of the Russian language;
- Similar work experience;
- Higher or higher education in IT studies.
