Main responsibilities, nature of work:
Identify and evaluate audit-relevant IT systems and their relationship to business processes and controls.
Analyze and evaluate key IT control areas, including:
user access management;
joiners/movers/leavers processes;
privileged rights and segregation of duties;
change management processes;
the operation of information processing and systemic controls.
Verify that controls are properly designed, implemented and operating, and that they can be reasonably tested.
Prepare clear, structured conclusions and documentation appropriate to the audit case.
Contribute to individual control or process improvement work between audit cycles, when necessary.

What do we expect from you?
Higher education (in economics, finance, accounting, management, mathematics and other exact sciences).
Ability to analyze data (Excel; SQL or other).
Ability to work in a team and communicate with IT specialists of audit assignments and audited companies.
Responsibility and ability to work within deadlines.
Curious and eager to learn.
1-3 years of work experience in audit, internal audit companies (advantage).
Experience in fintech, banking or other regulated environments (advantage).
Experience working with JIRA, GitHub, CI/CD, role-based access or similar processes
CISA, COBIT, ISO 27001 or similar knowledge (advantage).
Good knowledge of English (written and spoken).
