Today, we are inviting a motivated and responsible IT coordinator for life insurance systems to the Artea bank group team, who is ready to work in a team, make joint decisions, achieve set goals, is open to discussion, would like to work in a culture based on trust and, of course, be #closer.
You will be #closer every day and:
- I will coordinate IT systems implementation and development projects;
- I will propose and implement system update, containerization, modernization projects, architectural improvements;
- I will help system owners formulate business needs, develop and test life insurance information systems;
- I will collaborate with internal IT teams and product owners and coordinate external suppliers, ensuring the quality of solutions;
- You will be responsible for the IT change management process;
- I will consult colleagues on various IT issues.
To be #closer, you will need:
- Experience in coordinating IT tasks or as an IT project manager;
- Higher education or equivalent;
- Experience in system requirements analysis and specification development;
- Experience in change management (ITSM);
- Analytical thinking, ability to work in a team;
- Insight and responsibility - the ability to recognize risks, apply compliance principles in your activities and ensure conscious decision-making.
Even better if:
- Your education in the IT field;
- Have experience in managing systems migration projects;
- Able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously;
- Proficient in M365, Business Central, Jira.
