IT Onsite Engineer
We are looking for a motivated and responsible IT engineer to join our IT Onsite engineering team in Vilnius.
In order to quickly master the nature of the work, good general IT knowledge, knowledge of computer components, ability to diagnose and troubleshoot are required. We also expect good time planning, attention to detail and professional communication with clients.

Nature of work
Traveling to customers for preparation of QA or troubleshooting.
- Maintenance, support, administration of computer workstations and preparation of new ones;
- Installation and configuration of computer software;
- Preparation of IT hardware for work, updating and troubleshooting;
- Configuration of mobile devices and problem solving;
- Consulting customers on IT issues;
- Registration of IT incidents (Jira) and resolution according to SLA;
- Implementation of other project IT tasks;

- Has analytical thinking for troubleshooting, troubleshooting, and problem solving;
- Good Windows OS (10/11), Microsoft 365, and other office software administration skills;
- Hardware diagnostics and repair skills;
- You are attentive to details, know how to take responsibility, and solve problems to the end;
- You learn quickly and master innovations.
- Excellent communication skills: punctuality, courtesy, ability to communicate clearly and understandably with users;
- Fluent in Lithuanian;
- Have knowledge of English;
- Have category B driving license;
- Have similar work experience.

- Salary from 1700 to 2500 Eur before taxes. (The final amount depends on work experience and skills. Assumed responsibilities, and involvement in additional projects.);
