Job Description:
- Ensure the availability, reliability, and security of factory IT systems and infrastructure to support uninterrupted production operations.
- Manage and coordinate day-to-day IT operations at the factory.
- Lead and develop the local IT team.
- Ensure compliance with corporate IT and cybersecurity standards.
- Work closely with the local management team and corporate IT.
- Take responsibility for the factory IT budget planning and control.
- Ensure cybersecurity readiness and support business continuity initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, computer science, or a related field (preferred).
- Broad technical foundation in IT.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Proven problem-solving experience.
- Strong leadership and people management skills.
- Solid technical understanding of IT infrastructure and operations.
- English – full professional proficiency.
