IT OPERATIONS MANAGER WILL:
- Lead and coordinate day-to-day IT operations, ensuring reliable delivery of IT services across the organization;
- Manage and oversee the IT Support function, ensuring incidents, service requests, and end-user issues are resolved effectively and within agreed service levels;
- Administer and maintain Microsoft 365 services, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint;
- Manage endpoint and device management platforms (Microsoft Intune and Jamf), ensuring device compliance, configuration standards, software deployment, and lifecycle management;
- Oversee identity and access management activities, including user provisioning, permissions management, MFA, Conditional Access, and Single Sign-On solutions;
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability, coordinating troubleshooting activities and performing root cause analysis for complex incidents;
- Plan and implement system updates, infrastructure improvements, software deployments, and operational changes in coordination with the Head of IT;
- Maintain backup, recovery, and business continuity measures and regularly validate their effectiveness;
- Identify and implement opportunities for automation, standardization, and continuous improvement of IT operations and support processes;
- Maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and system records;
- Support the Head of IT in delivering IT projects, technology initiatives, information security improvements, and digital transformation activities;
- Collaborate closely with the Head of IT to ensure operational activities align with business objectives, security requirements, and strategic priorities.
YOU ARE WELCOME TO APPLY IF YOU HAVE:
- At least 4 years of experience in IT operations, system administration, or infrastructure, including 1–2 years of team leadership or coordination responsibility (formal or informal).
- Experience managing day-to-day IT service delivery, including incident, request, change, and problem management processes;
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 administration, including Entra ID, Exchange Online, Teams, and SharePoint;
- Experience administering endpoint management solutions such as Microsoft Intune and/or Jamf, including device lifecycle management, compliance policies, and software deployment;
- Good understanding of identity and access management concepts, including MFA, Conditional Access, role-based access control, and Single Sign-On;
- Good understanding of networking fundamentals, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, and cloud-based environments;
- Experience supporting backup, recovery, monitoring, and business continuity processes;
- Ability to analyze complex technical issues, coordinate troubleshooting activities, and drive incidents through to resolution;
- Experience creating and maintaining technical documentation, procedures, and operational standards;
- A proactive and service-oriented mindset with a strong focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence;
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks, coordinate activities, and work independently while collaborating closely with the Head of IT;
- Awareness of information security, compliance, and governance requirements (ISO 27001, GDPR, NIS2, or similar frameworks);
- Education in Information Technology, Computer Science, Networks, or a related field;
- Fluent English (written and spoken);
- Strong communication, cooperation, and organizational skills.
