Nature of work
- Create system architecture, analyze and coordinate their integration with existing company systems.
- Apply experience working with Microsoft Dynamics Navision and Business Central or effectively coordinate work with ERP service providers.
- Organize work according to Agile, Scrum, Waterfall methodologies.
- Participate in the implementation and integration of artificial intelligence (AI) solutions into the organization's activities.
- Perform risk assessments, organize audits and implement control measures to reduce potential problems.
- Manage project activity risks and monitor progress, providing clear reports to management.
- Be responsible for creating documentation of IT procedures and standards, ensuring compliance with company IT policies, legislation and best practices.
- Administer Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online, Entra ID and related security and access management solutions.
- Administer users, devices, licenses, mailboxes and access rights (an IT project manager could form his own team and distribute IT administrative work).
- Analyze and assess the needs of internal customers, communicate and collaborate with them directly.
- Analyze the links between business needs, technologies and other projects of the organization, manage dependencies.
- Form and organize the work of the team, make decisions on resources (hiring or choosing external services).
- Ensure the operation, security and reliability of IT systems, monitor their performance and implement best practices.
- Coordinate the general IT infrastructure, end devices, suppliers and IT support (Helpdesk).
- Initiate, plan and manage projects for the development or updating of information systems, ensuring their timely and effective implementation.
- Install the ERP system and develop other functional applications.
We value your previous experience:
- At least 3 years of successful IT project management experience (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
- Experience in administering Microsoft 365, Intune, Exchange Online and Entra ID environments.
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Navision / Business Central or the ability to effectively manage ERP systems and their suppliers.
- Experience in developing IT procedures, architectural documentation and performing risk assessments.
- Basic knowledge or experience in integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI) solutions into business processes.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, team building and supplier management skills.
- Fluent in Lithuanian and excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
