We are looking for someone who is passionate about:
- Receive customer phone calls and e-mails.
- Listen to the customer, find out the reason for the call, collect the necessary information, register the call and transfer it to the responsible specialist.
- Ensure that calls are registered clearly, accurately and with all the information necessary for their resolution.
- Track the progress of calls and help ensure compliance with the agreed SLA deadlines.
- In simple cases, provide the customer with initial information or assistance according to available instructions.
- Check the warranty information of the hardware in the suppliers' systems and websites.
It would be great if you:
- You know how to listen to the client, ask the right questions and clearly describe their problem.
- You are responsible, meticulous and attentive to details.
- You are interested in IT and have basic knowledge of computers, operating systems and the most common IT problems.
- You have received education, are currently studying in the IT field or have similar work experience.
- You are able to communicate in Lithuanian and English.
- You want to learn and improve in the IT field.

- You are able to remain calm and professional when the client's IT problem seems to be the most important thing in the world 😊.
- You are not afraid to work in a fast-paced environment and communicate with users with different levels of IT knowledge and experience.
- You have experience in customer service, HelpDesk or IT support - this would be an advantage, but not necessary.
