Your responsibilities:
- advising customers on the use of hardware and software, troubleshooting and other issues (level 1 support)
- initial diagnosis of system malfunctions and assistance in solving these malfunctions
- assignment of work to IT specialists.
We expect from you:
- willingness to work full-time shift work (no night work, only on-call work from home according to the schedule)
- desire to help others with your work
- ability to diagnose hardware and software failures
- correct and expressive Lithuanian language
- ability to communicate and write in English
- basic IT infrastructure knowledge
- you can be a student, experience is not necessary.
