You will be responsible for:
- consulting users of the company's IT services on all issues related to IT services;
- registering requests and resolving them;
- distributing user requests to IT service engineers according to the assigned region;
- providing information to users about the further progress and current status of registered requests.

- higher education in IT (can be a final year student);
- knowledge of information technology;
- knowledge of English;
- experience in IT service.
