Monthly salary: €2,030.00 - €3,040.00 (excluding taxes). The specific salary is offered taking into account work experience and competencies.

Main responsibilities:
- Consult company employees on general IT issues
- Register and manage IT incidents and requests
- Resolve incidents and requests according to available competencies
- Create and coordinate employee logins
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of the knowledge base
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and daily process efficiency
What do we expect?
- Higher education
- Knowledge of Windows, Android and iOS platforms
- Experience working in an IT help center (advantage)
- ITIL certificate (advantage)
- Ability to work in a shift schedule
- Initiative, desire to improve and independence
- Fluent Lithuanian and English language skills (B1 level)
