What you will do in this position:
🔹 You will be the first point of contact for IT / TELCO issues
🔹 You will solve technical and software problems
🔹 You will contribute to the maintenance and improvement of IT infrastructure
🔹 You will participate in the implementation of new solutions and products

What we are looking for:
🔹 Willing to learn and grow in the IT field
🔹 Basic knowledge of working with Windows and/or Linux
🔹 Understanding of the IT environment, computers, networks
🔹 Ability to communicate clearly in Lithuanian and English
🔹 Experience in IT support / admin / customer support – an advantage, not a necessity
