Nature of work:
- Provide assistance to sales project managers in the field of public and commercial procurement;
- Systematize information received from manufacturers of goods and services;
- Administer sales contracts;
- Take care of the administration of other related sales documents (acceptance and transfer acts, invoices, transport documents, logistics);
- Order the necessary products from the company's suppliers;
- Communicate with the company's customers by phone and e-mail;
- Acquire general knowledge about the products sold and services provided by the company.
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as a sales assistant, sales administration or administration;
- Good knowledge of English (from level B1);
- Very good computer skills (MS Office package);
- Excellent clerical skills;
- Responsibility and diligence.
