What are you going to do
- You will delve into the clients' business, their goals and challenges, analyze needs and, together with technology teams, form and offer IT solutions that create the greatest value.
- You will develop and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing clients, identify new business opportunities.
- You will organize meetings with clients, present IT solutions and manage the entire sales process - from initial contact and clarification of needs to the preparation of commercial offers, negotiations and conclusion of contracts.
- You will achieve set sales goals, ensure the implementation of the planned budget and contribute to the growth of the company's business.
- You will resolve issues arising from clients, cooperate with internal teams and ensure high quality customer service and the development of long-term relationships.
What do we expect from you
- Have a higher education (in engineering, technology, IT, business or similar).
- Able to understand the client's business needs and turn them into concrete sales opportunities.
- Know how to build trust-based and long-term relationships with clients.
- Able to negotiate, argue your proposals and confidently communicate with decision-makers.
- Are independent, proactive and able to take responsibility for the result.
- Are interested in technologies and the value they create for business.
- Able to manage several sales opportunities at the same time, plan priorities and time.
- Communicate well in English.
