Currently, the company is strengthening its team and is looking for an IT services sales manager.

Our team consists of IT professionals with international experience working with critical business, industrial and public sector infrastructures in Lithuania and abroad. We are technologically curious, looking for alternative IT solutions and constantly striving for improvement. By joining, you will become part of a friendly, collaborative and challenge-free team, together creating IT services based on future technologies.

Your main tasks will be:

  • Actively expand our IT services client portfolio by seeking new business opportunities and building relationships that turn into strong long-term partnerships.
  • Implement an ambitious IT services sales strategy and achieve ambitious goals.
  • Participate in strategic decision-making, providing insights into customer needs and market opportunities, and contribute to the creation of professional proposals, presentations and other sales documents.
  • Create and present attractive, clearly value-communicating IT service offers and ensure that customers feel your involvement and the value of our services.
  • Monitor IT market changes and react faster than competitors, offering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
  • Cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals, because only a strong team wins.

We hope you:

  • Have a higher education, or even better – in the field of information technology, telecommunications or exact sciences.
  • At least 3 years of successful experience in IT services or solutions sales (B2B experience is a big advantage).
  • Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers, listen to their needs and present IT service solutions that meet them exactly.
  • Excellent time planning and organizational skills – able to manage several tasks or projects simultaneously and maintain focus on the most important priorities.
  • Responsibility, partnership approach, teamwork skills and constant interest in IT market trends.
  • Excellent knowledge of English (other foreign languages are your advantage).

Advantages:

  • Knowledge of RedHat, Google, AWS, Oracle, VMware, IBM, Microsoft integrations and cloud products and services.
  • Excellent communication skills, understanding of IT services and processes (ITIL), ability to analyze service health, identify incident causes and enhance customer satisfaction.
