Your main tasks will be:
- Actively expand our IT services client portfolio by seeking new business opportunities and building relationships that turn into strong long-term partnerships.
- Implement an ambitious IT services sales strategy and achieve ambitious goals.
- Participate in strategic decision-making, providing insights into customer needs and market opportunities, and contribute to the creation of professional proposals, presentations and other sales documents.
- Create and present attractive, clearly value-communicating IT service offers and ensure that customers feel your involvement and the value of our services.
- Monitor IT market changes and react faster than competitors, offering innovative solutions that meet customer needs.
- Cooperate with colleagues to achieve common goals, because only a strong team wins.
We hope you:
- Have a higher education, or even better – in the field of information technology, telecommunications or exact sciences.
- At least 3 years of successful experience in IT services or solutions sales (B2B experience is a big advantage).
- Ability to build strong, long-term relationships with customers, listen to their needs and present IT service solutions that meet them exactly.
- Excellent time planning and organizational skills – able to manage several tasks or projects simultaneously and maintain focus on the most important priorities.
- Responsibility, partnership approach, teamwork skills and constant interest in IT market trends.
- Excellent knowledge of English (other foreign languages are your advantage).
Advantages:

- Excellent communication skills, understanding of IT services and processes (ITIL), ability to analyze service health, identify incident causes and enhance customer satisfaction.
