Nature of work

  • to form and implement good practices in IT maintenance, IT infrastructure and IT service management;
  • to plan the activities of the unit: to set goals, to take care of their implementation and to achieve results;
  • to plan and control the IT maintenance budget, contract execution, to participate in the planning and implementation of IT procurement;
  • to ensure the maintenance, development, performance monitoring and timely updating of IT infrastructure (networks, workstations, telecommunications, workplaces and other IT equipment);
  • to ensure the implementation of IT security and cybersecurity requirements in cooperation with the responsible departments of the Company;
  • to identify, assess and manage IT risks, to ensure the implementation of business continuity and recovery solutions;
  • to form a strong, engaged IT maintenance team, to promote professional growth, strengthening of competencies and motivation of employees.

Employee requirements

  • you have an education in the IT field;
  • you have accumulated significant work experience in the IT field, as well as experience in management (functional, direct management or project activities);
  • you have experience in applying knowledge in the management, maintenance and development of IT networks, workstations, telecommunications, workplaces;
  • you have skills in planning and managing IT projects, resources, risks, budgets;
  • you have good Lithuanian and English language skills;
  • you have analytical thinking, the ability to systematize and summarize information, manage information flows;
  • you are a leader, able to inspire, develop, mobilize and motivate a team to achieve common goals and implement changes;
  • you are focused on results, quality and the internal customer, you are able to make decisions independently

Salary:

Monthly salary 5200 - 7800 EUR (excluding taxes) and financial incentives (additional remuneration, taking into account the company's and individual performance results). The specific salary is agreed with the candidate, taking into account his experience, competence and ability to independently achieve results.
