IT Maintenance Specialist

· Installation, configuration and maintenance of workstations (laptops and desktops, printers, mobile equipment) using Microsoft 365 (O365) solutions;
· First and second level incident registration, diagnostics, resolution and, if necessary, escalation to IT system administrators or suppliers;
· IT equipment lifecycle management: asset accounting, equipment issuance, transfer, return and repair.
· Technical infrastructure support (network, printers, terminals, etc.);
· Software installation, licensing maintenance and updates;
· User consulting and technical support on site and remotely;
· Coordination of IT service providers and partners;
· Preparation and maintenance of technical documentation (configurations, procedures, instructions);
· Basic maintenance of network equipment and peripherals together with the IT system administrator;
· Participation in IT projects and the opportunity to contribute to their implementation.

· Have experience in IT maintenance, Service Desk, Helpdesk or technical support (2+ years – an advantage, but not required);
· Understand the basics of Windows OS and workstation preparation;
· Have basic knowledge of computers and peripherals (printers, mobile devices, etc.);
· Understand the basics of networks (LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN) or want to improve in this area;
· Have worked with incident management systems (ITSM) – would be an advantage;
· Be able to diagnose and solve technical problems or learn it quickly;
· Communicate fluently in Lithuanian and have working knowledge of English;
· Have a driver's license;
· Be able to prioritize work and respond promptly to incidents;
· Be sociable and able to work with different teams;
· Be responsible, systematic and result-oriented;
· Want to learn, improve and grow in the IT field.
