Nature of work
- Perform regular maintenance of the company's computers and their equipment and computer network;
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of information contained in computers;
- Perform installation work of standard software and computer hardware and new information system components in accordance with technical documentation;
- Maintain and administer assigned information system components, ensure their functionality and status monitoring;
- Administer maintenance of computer equipment and other peripheral equipment, perform fault diagnostics;
- Organize repair work, perform software update work as needed;
- Store, copy and restore local network user files, expand the computer network, install and connect new computerized workstations;
- Consult and train company employees in working with computer and software;
- Perform IT asset accounting, proper equipment storage and inventory, provide recommendations for its updating and participate in the IT equipment write-off process;
- Be able to independently plan and organize one's work, and promptly resolve tasks received from the Company's referral system.
Employee requirements
- Education in computer science or technology;
- Work experience in IT help desk would be an advantage;
- Work experience in installing and servicing hardware and software would be an advantage;
- Basics of Microsoft Windows Operating Systems, Microsoft Office program package, computer equipment;
- Knowledge of computer architecture and principles of operation of computer peripheral equipment;
- Good knowledge of electronic communications infrastructure and its devices, knowledge of mobile technologies and operation of mobile devices and security requirements;
- Knowledge of MS System Center products and MS Dynamics NAV, MS SharePoint would be an advantage;
- MS Dynamics Nav knowledge - an advantage;
- MS System Center product knowledge - an advantage;
- MS SharePoint knowledge - an advantage;
- Official Microsoft training (MOC) - an advantage;
- Good knowledge of English.
