We care so we expect you to:
- Experience as an IT product owner (product owner, scrum master or other role) in the entire product development life cycle (from idea to product);
- Higher university education in the field of information technology (an advantage);
- Experience in task formation by prioritizing work according to their value;
- Project management skills, the ability to effectively switch from one task to another;
- Excellent communication skills, the ability to involve, influence and inspire partners and stakeholders, promoting cooperation and coordination;
- Basic knowledge of information systems and database design;
- Good knowledge of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written).
You will be responsible for:
- Initiating and developing IT product strategy and action plan, working with the team and stakeholders;
- Prioritizing IT product features and developing features;
- Planning IT product releases and creating a schedule for releasing new features;
- Preparing IT product requirements specifications, planning and managing potential risks;
- Preparing tasks for IT product development teams;
- Responsibility for the overall success of the IT product area.
