IT Product Manager(s)

Mark Sign is looking for an IT Product Development and Project Manager to contribute to the development of electronic signature and related digital services.
This position will require coordinating new technical capabilities, service development and product development projects, working closely with the IT team, understanding customer and market needs, and helping to successfully apply the solutions developed in the business.
We are looking for someone who is able to not only manage project deadlines and tasks, but also understand business processes, think strategically and see how a technological solution can create real value for the customer.

I will coordinate the development projects of electronic signature and related digital products.
I will plan the project stages, deadlines, priorities and supervise their implementation.
I will cooperate with the IT team: I will formulate tasks, specify needs, monitor the progress of work.
I will analyze the needs of customers, partners and the market and help transform them into specific product development solutions.
I will evaluate business processes and look for how Mark Sign solutions can simplify, automate or improve them.
I will actively communicate with existing and potential customers, present the solutions being developed.
I will contribute to the search for new customers and partners and develop relationships.
I will coordinate the implementation of the product on the customer side: from clarifying the need to practical launch.
I will cooperate with management, sales and technical teams to achieve product growth.

At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, product development, technology solution implementation or business development.
Experience working with IT teams and the ability to clearly communicate both technical and business needs.
Ability to understand business processes, identify customer needs and offer them appropriate technology solutions.
Strategic thinking: the ability to see not only individual tasks, but also the broader context of the product, customer and market.
Ability to manage deadlines, priorities, responsibilities and project progress.
Experience in communicating with customers, partners or implementing technology solutions.
Independence, organization, initiative and result orientation.
Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.

Experience in the field of electronic signature, fintech, SaaS, document management, identity verification or other digital services.
Experience with B2B customers and selling or implementing technology solutions.
Experience working with Agile / Scrum principles.
Experience in preparing product requirements, user stories, technical tasks.
Active B2B sales, partnership development or business development experience.

During the first weeks, you will get acquainted with Mark Sign products, electronic signature solutions, existing customers, IT team and main projects under development.
Later, together with the management and team, you will clarify the priority product development work, customer needs and project progress. During the first months, you will start to independently coordinate projects, communicate with customers and partners and contribute to the implementation of new solutions in the market.
