In this job you:
- You will prepare and monitor the development plan (roadmap) of assigned IT products, ensuring its compliance with business goals.
- You will manage the IT product backlog, budget and set priorities.
- Analyze business needs, collaborate with company departments, collect and prioritize requirements.
- Prepare and detail functional and non-functional requirements for system development and coordinate their implementation.
- Manage the activities of external IT system suppliers, ensuring service quality, meeting deadlines and fulfilling contractual obligations.
- Ensure the business value created by the product, monitor performance indicators (KPIs) and initiate product improvement initiatives.
- Coordinate testing activities and the rollout process of product changes
- Ensure effective resolution of product-related incidents and problems in collaboration with IT teams and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with security, architecture and other IT or company policies.
We expect you to:
- Have a university degree in computer science, information systems or a related field.
- Have experience in managing IT products or systems.
- Knowledge of IT systems development, implementation and maintenance processes.
- Have at least 3 years of experience working with ERP systems (Business Central, Dynamics NAV or similar).
- Knowledge of database principles and SQL basics and ability to analyze data.
- Understand the principles of IT infrastructure, business systems and integrations and their interdependencies.
- Ability to analyze business processes.
- Ability to work with Jira, Confluence or similar tools.
- Have good communication, negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strategic and analytical thinking, attention to detail and results-oriented.
- Good written and verbal English skills.
