You will develop company management systems: You will monitor and program the internal SportGates operating system and its digital architecture.

You will manage NSoft system tasks: You will perform configuration, technical support and database query execution of the NSoft business management system.

You will support API integrations: You will ensure smooth data exchange between NSoft, Next.js / WordPress website and mobile applications (iOS / Android).

You will monitor self-service terminals: You will troubleshoot self-service terminals (Kiosks) and access system user interfaces (UI / UX), install updates.

You will automate processes: You will monitor the technical operation of recurring payments modules, digital contract signing and registrations.

Resolve incidents according to SLA: Respond promptly to disruptions to digital infrastructure according to established response standards through the task management system "ClickUp".

You will have experience working with Next.js, Node.js, REST API and WordPress/PHP.

You are very familiar with React.js (this is a big advantage).

You know how to work with databases and query management.

You have experience or understanding of NSoft or similar business management systems (ERP/CRM).

You are familiar with payment integrations, SSL security standards and ensuring system availability.

You are disciplined and used to tracking the time of completed tasks and adhering to SLA standards in the ClickUp system.

You are able to respond promptly and independently in the event of critical system failures.
