IT project development manager

· Innovation project implementation and execution supervision from the customer's side;
· Finding and evaluating management solutions for the implementation of the project according to the needs of the company;
· Project implementation coordination at the level of company managers and responsible employees, communication between employees and managers and quality assurance;
· Coordination of project implementation at the technical level: cooperation with programmers, contractors, formation and submission of technical tasks;
· Project progress, scope and change management;
· Coordination of project resources and budget;
· Responsibility for project results and quality.

· Experience in IT project management or development;
· Higher Education;
· Managerial/project management work experience;
· Experience in formulating and distributing tasks to team members.

· Business process management experience;
· Experience in e-commerce projects;
· Interest or experience in the field of transport;
· Interest or experience in IT innovations, their practical application, experience in conducting scientific projects;
· Programming knowledge, ability to communicate in technical language.

· 1,700 – 2,500 net + bonuses based on work results and competences.
· flexible work schedule (according to a separate agreement);
· Possibility to work part of the time in the office and remotely (according to a separate agreement).
