We are looking for an IT Project Coordinator to join our team and create a clear, consistent project management system that works in the team's everyday life. In this role, you will translate business needs into specific tasks, prepare functional descriptions, coordinate work, test new functionality and initiate improvements. This is a position for someone who likes order, clarity and wants to shape processes, and sees technology as a natural helper for team efficiency.
🛠️ What tasks await you:
- You will develop and implement an IT project management system from structure to daily use in the team;
- You will analyze business needs and turn them into clear, implementable tasks;
- You will test new functionality, record discrepancies and ensure smooth launch of solutions;
- You will prepare functional descriptions, specifications and user scenarios;
- You will coordinate work - set priorities, deadlines and refine requirements;
- You will initiate improvements and contribute to the development of the system;
- You will create and foster an AI-first work culture in the team - help colleagues effectively use Claude, Cursor, Warp, Codex and other tools.
🎯We hope that you:
- Have experience in IT project coordination, system implementation or similar work.
- Able to structure tasks and independently manage their implementation from idea to result.
- Good knowledge of JIRA and structured work principles.
- Understand API, integration logic and general technical processes.
- Have an understanding of Git and modern dev workflow (branching strategies, PR processes, CI/CD).
- You think analytically, communicate clearly and feel responsible for the result of your work.
- You communicate fluently in English and Lithuanian (written and spoken).
