If you are interested in:
- Planning, organizing and coordinating IT projects from need identification to solution implementation;
- Initiating the improvement and modernization of existing and new information systems and IT solutions;
- Planning and controlling project goals, tasks, deadlines, resources and budget;
- Ensuring smooth communication between business units, internal IT teams, suppliers and other project participants;
- Requirements analysis, preparation and documentation of functional and technical specifications;
- Monitoring project progress, risk management and presenting results to management;
- Participation in process digitization, automation (RPA) and operational efficiency initiatives;
- Providing proposals for improving project and process management.
If you:
- You have a higher university education (in the field of IT, information systems, exact sciences or engineering - an advantage);
- You have experience in managing IT or information systems implementation projects;
- You are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Scrum, PRINCE2) and apply them in practice;
- You are able to manage several projects and priorities simultaneously;
- You have an understanding of process digitization and robotization (RPA - an advantage);
- You have experience in document management system (DMS) implementation projects (an advantage);
- You are analytical, able to structure information and make decisions;
- You are able to independently organize work and effectively cooperate in a team.
