IT Project Manager

IT Project Manager (s), who will help ensure the successful implementation of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 FO) ERP system, coordinating the needs of the company's departments, managing the activities of the implementer, controlling the execution of contracts, budget, deadlines and changes, and ensuring that the solutions are implemented according to the agreed requirements.

Job Description:

• Be the main contact person for ERP implementation issues, cooperate closely with different departments (Production, Purchasing, Sales, Logistics, Finance).
• Organize requirements gathering, process analysis (AS-IS / TO-BE) and solution coordination, ensuring their mutual compatibility, prioritization and realism.
• Coordinate the development of functional and non-functional requirements, assess the compliance of solutions with standards and their impact on the project scope, deadlines and budget.
• Represent the organization in communication with the ERP implementer, coordinate the project plan, progress, resources and ensure the quality of work.
• Control the execution of contracts, budget and deadlines, monitor deviations and actively manage risks.
• Manage the change process, assessing their impact on the project scope, price, deadlines and risks.
• Monitor the progress of the project, coordinate testing activities (SIT, UAT) and ensure proper preparation for the system launch (go-live).
• Participate in the ERP implementer selection process: prepare selection documentation, evaluate proposals and participate in negotiations.

Working hours: I-IV - 07:30 - 16:45, V - 07:30 - 12:30
