About the position
We are looking for an IT Project and Systems Manager to join our team and be responsible for coordinating IT projects, administering the Microsoft 365 environment, maintaining business systems, and coordinating the activities of IT service providers. This is a great opportunity for a specialist who wants to contribute to the digitalization of the organization and the improvement of IT processes.
Nature of work
- IT project planning, coordination and implementation supervision;
- Administration of IT systems and services used in the organization;
- Maintenance and development of the Microsoft 365 environment (Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, Entra ID);
- Coordination of business systems and specialized applications;
- Cooperation with external IT service providers, incident and change management;
- Administration of user access and rights;
- Implementation of IT security measures and infrastructure maintenance;
- Monitoring of projects, risks and changes and preparation of reports;
- Implementation of IT process efficiency and digitalization initiatives;
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in IT project management, IT systems administration or IT infrastructure maintenance;
- Experience in implementing IT systems deployment, migration or digitalization projects;
- Practical experience in Microsoft 365 administration;
- Knowledge of the principles of computer networks, cloud services, workplaces and access management.
- Ability to independently solve IT problems and coordinate the activities of external partners.
- Good communication and organizational skills;
- Ability to plan work, manage priorities and work with several tasks simultaneously;
