🌲 What will you do in the team?
- You will design and describe technical tasks (specifications) and distribute them to programmers;
- You will coordinate the progress of IT projects - plan deadlines, monitor implementation, coordinate priorities;
- You will organize and supervise the testing of created systems/programs before their implementation;
- You will provide user support - consult company employees on issues of using IT programs and equipment;
- You will help solve critical IT problems that hinder smooth operations (network, servers, etc.);
- You will analyze business and IT processes, propose optimization solutions;
- When communicating with different departments, you will clarify their needs and clearly describe them as requirements for new or improved IT solutions;
- You will coordinate cooperation between the IT department and other departments;
- You will prepare and submit reports to your direct manager on the progress and results of projects;
- You will be interested in IT and programming innovations and suggest their application in the company.
🌲What do we expect from you?
- Higher education in IT or related field;
- Experience in IT project management or IT, business analytics;
- Ability to refine business needs and transform them into clear technical tasks;
- Understanding of programming processes and system architecture;
- Knowledge of testing principles and methodologies;
- Excellent communication skills, ability to communicate with specialists and users from different fields;
- Analytical and logical thinking - the ability not only to analyze information, but also to logically draw reasonable conclusions from it and make decisions;
- Ability to independently plan work and manage several projects simultaneously;
- Knowledge of Lithuanian and English;
- Experience with project management tools (e.g. Jira, MS Project) would be an advantage.

Our Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Center operating in the sanatorium is the largest in Lithuania in terms of the volume of medical rehabilitation services provided, and also unites 13 outpatient medical rehabilitation centers throughout the country.
