Nature of work
We are looking for a motivated IT Project Manager to join our growing Cyber team! This is a great opportunity for those who want to become part of the cybersecurity community, are not afraid to learn, accept challenges, and see every problem as an opportunity to create value in the rapidly changing field of cybersecurity.
Duties include:
We work from Monday to Friday from 8:00 to 17:00, hybrid work (3 days in the office).
Note: Should be able to go on rare business trips to Lithuania.
Duties include:
- Planning, coordination and implementation of IT and cybersecurity projects,
- Coordination of the entire sales process: from identifying customer needs to contract implementation,
- Analysis of customer needs and selection of the most suitable IT / security solutions,
- Communication with new and existing customers, maintaining long-term relationships,
- Preparation of proposals and their presentation to customers,
- Participation in public procurement (preparation, submission of technical materials, progress monitoring),
- Coordination of the work of the internal team and partners (task distribution, progress tracking),
- Coordination of project documentation, reports and results,

Employee requirements
- Higher or higher education (in IT or similar field - an advantage);
- At least 3 years of experience in IT project management, IT solutions sales or similar field;
- Ability to manage the entire process from client needs to project implementation;
- Experience working with clients (needs analysis, proposal preparation, presentation);
- Good computer skills (MS Office; project management tools - an advantage);
- Interest in the field of IT and cybersecurity;
- Good communication, time planning and work organization skills;
- Good knowledge of English (at least B2 level);
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (written and spoken);
- Category B driver's license.
