Nature of work
We are looking for an IT project manager who is able to manage the progress of online projects from identifying the client's needs to handing over tasks to programmers, controlling work and delivering the final result to the client.
We work with e-shops, self-service systems, business management solutions, integrations and individual PHP projects. This is not a position for someone who just sends messages between the client and the team. We need someone who understands the process, asks questions, refines, structures and helps the team move smoothly.

- Clarifying client needs and turning them into clear tasks for the team.
- Planning the progress of projects, setting priorities, tracking deadlines.
- Communicating with clients by e-mail, phone, in meetings.
- Formulating tasks for programmers, designers.
- Controlling the quality and progress of work.
- Identifying project risks, uncertainties and blockers.
- Preparation of estimates, work plans, specifications and proposals.
- Testing at a basic level before transferring the result to the client.
- Coordination of long-term client work: maintenance, new functionalities, changes, new proposals and ideas.
Employee requirements
- Technical understanding of web project development: frontend, backend, databases, API integration, testing, launch into a production environment.
- Have experience in managing IT / web / e-commerce projects.
- Understand how online systems are developed: design, programming, testing, launch.
- Able to communicate clearly with clients and the technical team.
- Know how to structure information and leave no room for interpretation.
- Able to write clear tasks for programmers.
- You are independent, but know how to ask in time when information is missing.
- Able to manage several projects at the same time.
- Have a sense of responsibility for deadlines, budget and results.
- You are not afraid of technical topics and want to delve deeper, not just administer the process.
