What are we looking for?
We are looking for an IT Project Manager who would not only coordinate IT projects, but also actively contribute to the company's daily IT activities, help colleagues solve daily technical and system usage issues, develop technological solutions and contribute to the application of artificial intelligence in business processes.
In this position, you will have the opportunity to shape the company's IT direction, initiate new technological solutions, ensure smooth daily work of employees with IT systems and directly contribute to the creation of more efficient and modern work processes.

Main responsibilities:
- Ensure stable operation of IT infrastructure: maintenance of servers, networks, virtualization solutions and workstations;
- Help colleagues solve daily IT issues and technical problems;
- Coordinate IT projects and cooperate with different departments of the company;
- Maintain and develop key business systems: Navision, CRM, Microsoft 365;
- Create and improve solutions using AI and programming tools;
- Implement AI solutions in company processes to automate work and increase efficiency;
- Develop cybersecurity solutions and reduce IT risks;
- Manage IT suppliers, participate in negotiations and control the quality of services.
What to expect:
- Experience in an IT project manager position;
- Practical experience in applying ITIL principles;
- Deep IT infrastructure knowledge;
- Ability to structure processes and manage priorities;
- Proactive work style focused on continuous improvement and value creation;
- English language — negotiations with suppliers, customers and partners.
Advantages
- Experience in ISO 27001 implementation or maintenance;
- Docker basics;
- Experience in process automation tools (n8n, Power Automate);
- Understanding of AI/LLM technologies in a business context;
- Experience in implementing and maintaining WEB solutions.
