In this job you will:
- lead assigned ERP, IT systems projects from initiation to closure or handover to maintenance,
- prepare and manage project plans: define goals, tasks, resources, deadlines, budget and risks,
- collect, analyze and document business requirements, transforming them into technical solutions,
- ensure that project solutions meet business needs, processes and best practices,
- monitor project progress, manage changes and risks, ensure budget and deadline compliance,
- coordinate internal teams and external suppliers, collaborating with business units, suppliers and contractors to ensure smooth project implementation and effective and timely communication,
- prepare project documentation, regular reports and presentations to management and other stakeholders,
- apply best practices project management practices and initiate improvements for future projects.
We expect you to:
- have experience in managing ERP projects (Axapta, Navision, or SAP)
- are familiar with project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall) and are able to apply them in practice,
- understand the principles, mechanisms, logic and rules of IT infrastructure, applications and integrations,
- are able to plan, organize, execute and deliver projects from start to finish,
- work well with project planning and documentation tools (MS Office or equivalent),
- know how to collect and analyze business requirements, and transform them into technical solutions,
- have excellent teamwork, communication and negotiation skills,
- have good command of English (written and spoken),
- are open to innovation and sustainability: you take a responsible approach to resource use, efficient work organization,
- it is important for you to contribute to changes and get involved in dynamic company processes.
