IT PROJECT MANAGER

Digitalization and technology are an important part of our business growth, therefore the IT team acts as a strategic business partner: initiates and implements changes, automates processes, implements new solutions and ensures effective development of the systems of different group companies.
We are currently looking for an IT Project Manager to join a professional team and help implement significant technological projects that have a direct impact on the activities of the entire group and future growth.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect and analyze business requirements for the project, formulate needs for related systems and coordinate their implementation with internal teams and external partners;
• Plan, coordinate and ensure the successful implementation of IT projects and system changes, managing the project scope, deadlines, risks and budget;
• Organize and coordinate the testing of developed solutions, ensure their quality, readiness for use and smooth transfer to users;
• Ensure the preparation of user documentation, organize training and consult employees on the most effective IT solutions to implement business needs;
• Maintain active communication with project stakeholders, mobilize teams for common goals and ensure smooth cooperation throughout the project.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

• You have more than 2 years of experience in IT project management;
• You have experience in business process analysis, documentation, IT solution development and system integration project implementation;
• You are familiar with project management methodologies and practices;
• You have excellent organizational and communication skills;
• You have worked with various systems and delve into their functionality;
• Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR, LS Retail programs is a great advantage.

3000-3400 €/mon. gross
The exact amount of salary will depend on your competence and professional experience.
