Nature of work:
- Inventory of the Group's IT systems and infrastructure, preparation and implementation of IT and digitalization strategy.
- Selection of new IT systems and development of existing IT systems, identification and implementation of process automation solutions.
- Coordination of project implementation in cooperation with responsible company employees and contractors.
- Management of project progress, scope and changes, coordination of resources and budgets.
- Management of external IT suppliers and partners, ensuring the quality of their services.
- Application of IT security and risk management principles.
Requirements:
- Higher university/non-university education (an advantage in the IT field).
- Experience in managing IT or digitalization projects; experience in supervising projects for the implementation and updating of business management, accounting, financial systems and business analytics (BI) solutions is especially appreciated.
- Experience in searching, evaluating and selecting suppliers of hardware and software IT equipment.
- Experience in formulating needs for suppliers of hardware and software IT equipment. Experience in ensuring the quality of the services they provide, evaluating results and controlling them.
- Excellent communication skills in communicating with teams from different countries, the ability to respond to needs and justify decisions.
- Strategic and analytical thinking.
- Initiative and ability to make independent decisions that correspond to competence.
