Join the team that creates and develops various e-commerce projects for Lithuanian and foreign clients. In this position, you will have a real impact on the success of the projects - you will closely cooperate with clients and the technical team, coordinate the progress of projects and contribute to the improvement of processes.
Creation is looking for someone who would take responsibility for the progress of the project from understanding the client's needs to successful project implementation. Your goal would be to ensure smooth project management: clear tasks, coordinated priorities, timely communication with clients and effective management of deadlines and risks.

Working with clients and the team
Quality and results assurance
- Plan and coordinate the development and support of Magento e-commerce projects.
- Ensure that tasks are clearly defined and ready for implementation.
- Manage project priorities, deadlines, scope and customer expectations.
- Monitor the progress of projects, identify risks in a timely manner and remove obstacles.
- Ensure that the agreed work is completed with quality and on time.
Working with clients and the team
- Communicate with clients on project issues on a daily basis.
- Clearly inform about the progress of work, deadlines, solutions and possible risks.
- Coordinate the work of programmers, QA / Delivery Owner and other team members.
- Help clients make decisions by explaining their impact on the project.
- Ensure that the team clearly understands the tasks, priorities and goals.
Quality and results assurance
- Ensure that projects create real value for the customer, and not just complete tasks.
- Collaborate with QA / Delivery Owner, ensuring the quality of functionalities.
- Organize the demonstration and transfer of functionalities to the customer.
- Resolve ambiguities, errors and risks in a timely manner.
- Contribute to project management and internal process improvement.
We expect from you
- 2 years of experience in managing e-commerce or IT projects.
- Good command of Lithuanian and English (verbal and written).
- Ability to independently manage projects, priorities and customer expectations.
- Planning and organizational skills, analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of web technologies: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, API, databases, hosting, DNS and Git operating principles.
