We care, so we hope you:
- Have experience in project management;
- Have implemented development, implementation or digitalization projects;
- Knowledge of project management methodologies;
- Able to plan work, manage priorities and ensure achievement of results;
- Able to analyze business needs and effectively cooperate with different groups of stakeholders;
- Have excellent communication, negotiation and team coordination skills;
- Able to make decisions, manage changes and solve complex situations;
- You have good command of Lithuanian and are able to work in English;
- PMP, PRINCE2, Agile, Scrum or other project management certificates would be an advantage.
You will be responsible for:
- IT project planning, organization and implementation coordination.
- Project scope, timeline, budget and risk management.
- Coordination of project teams, suppliers and other partners.
- Ensuring effective communication with project stakeholders.
- Identification of project risks, planning and implementation of their management measures.
- Project progress monitoring, analysis of results and preparation of reports for management.
- Organization of project meetings and coordination of the implementation of decisions made.
- Implementation of initiatives to improve project management processes and methodologies.
- Preparation, updating and quality assurance of project documentation.
- Collaboration with business and IT departments to implement technological solutions that meet the needs of the organization.
