What are we looking for
We are looking for an experienced IT Project Manager who is able to confidently manage large client projects. If you are well versed in the specifics of IT processes, SLA requirements, and formal project delivery, we are looking forward to having you on our team.
Your responsibilities
- Management of 3-5 simultaneous IT projects (websites, information systems)
- Control of client expectations, deadlines, scope and budget
- Coordination of a team of programmers, testers and designers
- Working with Jira, Confluence, Claude, Gemini and other internal tools and systems
Our expectations
- 3+ years of practical IT project management experience
- Experience managing multiple parallel projects simultaneously
- Experience working with institutional (B2G) or large corporate clients
- PMP, Prince2 or PSM certification is a great advantage
- Excellent knowledge of Lithuanian (native) and English (B2/C1)
