What will your work look like?
- Ensure effective IT project management.
- Prepare and coordinate project documentation with responsible persons.
- Cooperate with external partners and colleagues on project implementation issues, participate in testing IT systems.
- Monitor the implementation of project budgets, deadlines, risks and other important indicators.
- Prepare reports related to project implementation and project results presentations to management and stakeholders.
- Resolve issues of non-fulfillment of contractual obligations and initiate actions to protect the interests of the company.
What would it take for your work to be successful?
- Successful IT project management experience.
- Strong communication, negotiation and leadership competencies in managing project stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, take responsibility for your decisions.
- Result-oriented and systematic thinking.
- Excellent command of Lithuanian and English.
- Higher education.
