We are looking for a colleague who will become a bridge between the business and the programming team - who will be able to listen to the business need, structure it and turn it into a clear, implementable technical solution❗️
Nature of work
- Communication with business customers – analysis of needs, expectations and problems and their transformation into clear requirements.
- Design of IT solutions, taking into account business processes, existing system architecture and data structures.
- Analysis and design of relational database structures (tables, relationships, normalization principles) together with programmers.
- Formation of specific, clear and implementable tasks (specifications, user stories, technical descriptions) for the programming team.
- Cooperation with programmers throughout the implementation of the solution – clarification of issues, decision-making, acceptance of the result.
- Assessment of the possibilities of applying artificial intelligence agent solutions and their integration into business processes.
- Development of artificial intelligence agent solutions
- Development and maintenance of BI (Business Intelligence) reports, dashboards and data analysis solutions.
- Continuous search for opportunities to improve existing processes and systems.
Employee requirements
- Experience in a business analyst, systems analyst or similar position (in the IT field).
- Ability to communicate effectively with both business representatives and programmers, "translate" business language into technical language and vice versa.
- Good understanding of relational database principles (SQL, table relationships, normalization, ER diagrams).
- Ability to independently design a solution and formulate clear, specific tasks for programmers.
- Excellent skills in working with artificial intelligence (AI) agents and their application to solve business tasks.
- Experience with BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Qlik or similar).
- Analytical thinking, ability to structure information and work with large amounts of data.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks.
- Good Lithuanian and English language skills (written and verbal).
- Advantage – experience with project management tools (Jira, Confluence or similar) and business process modeling methodologies (BPMN, etc.).
