We are looking for an IT project manager who will be responsible for coordinating the development and support of Pegasas.lt and related systems, as well as effective cooperation between business and IT teams.

We are looking for an IT project manager who will be responsible for coordinating the development and support of Pegasas.lt and related systems, as well as effective cooperation between business and IT teams.
What are you going to do?
- Analyze and refine the requirements of initiated changes, projects and problems (support tasks), prepare tasks for programmers.
- Prioritize tasks in coordination with customers and form a backlog of development and support work.
- Coordinate the implementation of work with the internal and external IT team and other project participants.
- Test the implemented functionalities, coordinate user testing and ensure that the changes meet the agreed requirements.
- Prepare or provide instructions, sometimes train in the use of implemented functionalities
- Monitor the progress of projects, deadlines and risks, provide progress reports and propose solutions to problems that arise.
- Contribute to the development and process improvement of Pegasas.lt, SAP, Akeneo, Omnisend and other integrated systems.
We hope you:
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing IT projects, systems development work or working in the position of IT analyst, project manager or IT coordinator.
- You have worked with JIRA or another project management system.
- You are able to understand both business needs and technical requirements and communicate effectively with both parties.
- You have experience in preparing requirements specifications, describing functionalities and managing work priorities.
- You are organized, meticulous and able to manage many parallel tasks.
- You are able to make decisions independently and take responsibility for the result.
- Education in IT, information systems, business informatics or a similar field would be an advantage.
Advantages:
