Main responsibilities:
- Lead IT modernization projects – from cloud migration to data exchange platform development and system integrations.
- Ensure that solutions meet needs in Lithuania and are adaptable to new markets and franchise partners.
- Manage project scope, deadlines, budget and risks, assess project interdependencies.
- Work with external partners: agree on work and ensure that it is completed on time and with high quality.
- Clearly allocate responsibilities within the team and help business and IT communicate.
- Regularly present project progress, emerging risks and solutions to management moving forward.
- Ensure that implemented solutions are documented and smoothly transferred to the support team.
- Identify improvement opportunities and suggest further modernization steps.
What to expect:
- At least 2 years of IT project management experience, preferably in the field of infrastructure, integrations or modernization.
- Understanding of cloud technologies and system integrations. You will not be required to design solutions, but it is important to understand the architect's proposals, ask the right questions and notice potential risks.
- Experience working with external suppliers and leading a team of specialists in different fields.
- Understanding of data analysis and technologies such as Power BI, SQL or data warehouses (DWH).
- Ability to plan work, set priorities and adapt to changing circumstances.
- Independence and responsibility for the final result.
- Good written and oral Lithuanian and English language skills.
- Higher education, preferably in the field of IT, engineering or business management.
